Daniel J. Feliciano
Daniel Feliciano is the President and co-founder of Operation Financial Strategies. Daniel was active-duty Air Force for 7 years and he’s spent the last 9 years serving in the United States Air Force Reserve. During Dan’s deployments, he was inspired to launch Operational Financial Strategies, believing its creation could help people better understand and achieve lasting financial security. The organization is designed to help service members reach their financial potential through education and measured investment principles. His leadership and tenacity provide clients with the ability to strengthen their overall literacy through sound investing principles and asset management. Daniel oversees governance, operations, and organizational strategy. Daniel earned a Master of Science in Cyber Security. He lives in Arlington, VA, where he’s active with his local parish and is an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
Roger Pogozelski
Roger Pogozelski also co-founded Operation Financial Strategies. Roger served with honor and distinction in the United States Army and currently is a Reservist. Having been stationed around the world — including the Middle East and throughout the Asian continent — Roger got the idea for creating the non-profit during these deployments after learning about some of the difficult financial situations among his fellow soldiers. In addition to being the co-founder, Roger serves as Board Secretary and maintains organizational communication and record management. Roger is passionate about facilitating the process of clients forming plans designed to improve their financial well-being. He’s also pursuing his master’s degree in administrative science at Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned his bachelor’s at Allegheny College.
Meredith Bixler
Meredith Bixler’s professional background has largely been spent in technology, budgeting, and change management. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Meredith launched her career with the cloud-based software firm, Salesforce. Spending many years there led her to a prominent position with change management firm, JPW Consulting. She continues to build opportunities for long-term growth and revenue from customers, markets, and relationships. Her professional experiences led her to Avenue CM, a change management firm that she founded. Meredith is Prosci Change Management Certified and has expertise in helping people navigate and embrace change. Meredith provides strategic change management processes and business development for our non-profit organization.
Patrick Dunn
Patrick Dunn is a founding member of Copper Dunn, an insurance and consulting organization, headquartered in Kensington, Maryland. Patrick works as a Practice Leader for the employee benefits portion of his company’s operation. Under his leadership, Copper Dunn has become a successful regional insurance firm in the Mid-Atlantic. Patrick is committed to stewarding guidance to members of the military community through his affiliation with Operation Financial Strategies. In addition to his work as a board member of Operation Financial Strategies, Patrick is a trustee of St. John’s College High School in Washington, DC and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from the Frank P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University.
Jack Zeigler
Jack Zeigler is a certified financial advisor. Graduating from The Pennsylvania State University, Jack specializes in helping others align their time, talents, and treasures so they can get more out of life through holistic financial planning that is customized to clients’ individual needs. His overarching goal is to show people how to live by design, not by default, through the creation of reachable goals and designing the strategies that lead to success in achieving them.
